      Unhappy Wbtb...

I think I'm just too hyperactive.

I wake up five hours after I go to sleep, and even if I'm up for about 10 minutes, I can't get back to sleep. Last night I woke up at 4, and just laid in bed for an hour and 45 minutes trying to get to sleep. I eventually ad to get up because of school.

And I know that sleep pills reduce REM.

      Any suggestions?

What is waking you up..? Are there any continuing sounds that keep you awake..?

I have the same issue. Several nights in a row I've found it almost impossible to get back to sleep. I started out staying up for about fifteen minutes, getting up and going to the bathroom, etc. I figured that that was too much, so last night I simply woke up for about a minute and stayed in bed, lights off. And didn't get back to sleep for two hours.

The house was dead silent, so that's not the problem. *shrug*

      Nope, no noises.

I just couldn't sleep. It's like once my mind gets awake it won't sleep some more.

This is a form of insomnia.

Try using melatonin. Buy some and when you wake up to this scenario, take a melatonin pill.

Please let me know how this goes.
