Oh I do remember at least one dream per night - more often two or three. It's just that when I woke up yesterday morning I couldn't remember anything - it happens once in a while. It probably happened yesterday because I had a lot to do and my mind immediately snapped to that when I woke up, instead of going over the nights dreams. I tried to remember some, but it was no use. |

Its a similar concept to the NovaDreamer. (a mask that flashes lights at you after you have been asleep a while) People say that instead of leading to lucidity, their head just explains the lights inside the dream. |
|
Yeah, I came up with this idea basically because I read about the NovaDreamer but I'm not sure I want to get it yet (plus I heard they're coming out with a new model soon? I'd rather wait for that). It seemed to me that if you live with someone who's willing to help you, you could experiment with a lot of different ways for them to signal you once you're in REM. |

Yeah, like that guy on YouTube explaining it -- he saw the flashes from the NovaDreamer inside a lucid dream. He looked at his rearview mirror and saw the police pulling him over. |

I do practice |

This is very similar to the NovaDreamer concept. If you do this often enough and keep a serious intention to recognize the dreamsign, it can work very well. |
