lol I know you're youtube account now

But anyway if it worked for you then it obviously either works or it's a VERY good placebo. I'll give it a try. I won't be able to listen to it "straight before bed", does that really matter?

These are NOT binaural beats. Listen to the left and right streams individually and then both together and you notice no difference, whereas with binaural beats the "beat" is only audible when both are listened to simultaneously.

      Placebo much?

Maybe your dream became lucid because you woke up, then went back into a dreaming state. If you've ever woken up just as a dream is getting good, it is not difficult to get back into it.

Last night I listened to IDoser's Lucid Dream file, and it gave me an extremely vivid dream in which I can recall each part in great detail of it, but not the order in which they occured. When I woke up, I decided to go back to sleep and I achieved lucidty. It wasn't very long, but it was long enough to do some experiments i've been trying to do in a dream for a while. Woke up, and went back into a lucid dream again. This was just wishful thinking as it lasted maybe a minute (in dream time).

In the first LD I wanted to see how real touch could be in a dream. As I walked each surface felt exactly as it looked it would. I was on the side of a highway near my house. I bent over and touched a slightly more coarse curb with my hand and it also felt like a real one (though there is no curb on this highway in real life). All the feelings were weak but incredibly accurate. I also remember questioning whether I was in a dream and thinking how dumb I looked if I wasn't.

Tonight, I will listen to Idoser again, and set an alarm for around two hours after the end of the dose and go back to sleep. I will report my results tomorrow.

I do not understand Idoser. The description says listen to it, then go to sleep. That's what I did, and haven't really had much sucess.
