Thread: Step by Step routine

Hello, Im failry new to the whole LD and OBE and AP Phenomena. Ive done a a little bit of research and come across alot of methods. But i would like to know what type of methods that you guy and girls are using. So i thoguht i would put up this step by step type list and hopefully i can use some of you methods as a template because i am not haveing much sucsess.

My method:

1) I go to bed around 11 after doing homework.
2) Close my eyes and try to visulaize a nice place( A baseball park is my the usual for me)
3) After i Visualize the baseball park i imagine an object that is 3 feet away from me and focus on it for 5 minutes. Then move it back to 6 then 9. Then i move the up ject up and i pretned it is pulling my sould or dream body away from my physical body.
4) This never seems to work for me that why im asking you guys!

Provide a little more information then "not work" What happens when you try step 3?

Nothing. Everything is balck and i wait for 20 minutes. Then i just get up and get a glass of water and get some regular sleep

Well, if you can't even see anything when you try to visualize, thats where you should begin. Make sure its somewhere familiar to make it easier.

Ok sounds good, thanks. I just got done reding your thread on "how to VILD". i found that veyr informative and i will be trying that for the next couple of weeks.
