I hear you can read most (if not all) the chapters online. If that fails then you can pick it up at most libraries, or pay the really cheap fee on amazon. |

I found the entire thing in PDF on Scribd. Never heard of it before, but it looks like a document library. You could probably find documents on absolutely anything on here, but I'll just link you straight to the book. |

As for learning skills once you've become lucid: watch The Matrix. The virtual reality in it is essentially the same prinicple as a lucid dream. |
