(and remember/recall dreams) if you don't remember and recall/become lucid during the day? Every hour, 5 hours, 5 minutes (whatever is convenient for you) try to recall in your head what happened like you would writing down a dream. Colors, people, places, what time was it?, morning or night?, DETAILS! Details! Details!
I believe that the more you recall during the day, the more you can recall dreams and details 
Another very possible thing is that you'll be able to remember your exact address, names of recent things (friends, lovers, etc) while still asleep!! Try to do this in your next lucid dream, it's harder than it looks. (Try to imagine the layout of your bedroom and if you awoke, what would you see? See?? You 'hallucinate' at night...things get jumbled in your mind (fact/fiction)......
