      Here are some questions for you>>>

      1. Are you a lucid natural or did you achive lucid count of 3 per week by praxis?
      2. What exactly do you think {from your point of view} helped this rapid increase of LD count? {try to be as concrete as possibe plz}
      3. Where did you get the idea about lucid dreaming? Some page or so?
      4. Hows your recall? Do you use something specific to recall your dreams?
      First and for most all the credit goes to Marc VanDeKeere who made this tutorial, and you can find it by clicking on the link provided below.

      Sorry for the misunderstand adraw, I should have mentioned it earlier, , as I have did in my previous thread, let me paste some of it.

      I am going to try it, and if succeeded in achieving the above result as mentioned by the author for the first week, I will keep on doing it for the next week too. All I want from anyone who is willing to try it, is to give some feedback, regarding the success rate of this method.

      This method is best for someone who is new. I'm going to try it as well and i will share my experience as it begin to unfold, you can check it at Dreamviews forums > Lucid Dreaming > Attaining Lucidity > 25 LDs in a week!.

      Hoping to get 25 LDs in a week

      So I have tried it and it was a success, I went to bed at 8:46 pm (almost 9:00 pm ) and I woke up (with a clear sound head) at 4:00 am. My total time of sleep is 7 hours approximately. As described in the method that you have to stay awake for an hour, so I did exactly that. During this period I made myself a cup of milk and some eggs and after that, I started reading my syllabus books. My head wasn't sleepy or foggy during this time. After an hour I went back to bed and tried to sleep and I got four Lucid Dreams but I was unble to identify that they were dreams. I however did reality checks ( Like reading something and hoping that it might change but it didn't). But I am really optimistic that next time I might identify it as a dream.
