I am going to try it, and if succeeded in achieving the above result as mentioned by the author for the first week, I will keep on doing it for the next week too. All I want from anyone who is willing to try it, is to give some feedback, regarding the success rate of this method.

So the technique he uses is the WBTB? And he swears by it?:S

Yeah, WBTB or DEILD often can double or triple (or more) people's success.

But also increases the chance of sleep paralysis

As long as you aren't freaking out, SP is one of the most awesome experiences to have. IMO, getting a good SP episode plus a lucid would be like a 2 in 1 combo deal.

This method is best for someone who is new. I'm going to try it as well and i will share my experience as it begin to unfold, you can check it at Dreamviews forums > Lucid Dreaming > Attaining Lucidity > 25 LDs in a week!. :)
