It just means you're on the right track. |

So last night for the first time I had the closest thing i've had to a lucid dream. I've been trying for a solid two months, and havent got anything until last night, when i was dreaming and it felt as if i half knew i was dreaming. it seems as though with more practice people become seemingly conscious in a full-on lucid dream, but as of yet i have only experienced the "vibe" of having one. Its as if i knew underneath that i was dreaming, but i never said it in the dream, nor did i consciously control the dreamscape (if i can say that? you people have endless acronyms and terminology). For example when i didnt like what was happening in my dream (for example i ended up with this really boring person in a train station waiting to go to wonderland (theme park) i thought: "this is really gay, ugh." and suddenly with no connection i switched dreamscapes to another place then didnt like that same thing happened and then i was riding a motorbike which i really enjoyed. So my question is: where do i go from here? im going to keep trying but does anyone have any advice for the progression of my dreaming to the point where i can control? |

When your lucid its like real life, |

I lucid dream alot. So much so that I drink to avoid it. It's scary and it is real, it takes a part of your life...in the dream, you know you are asleep, yet you are awake. you look around, and then you jump and you are flying. you have to crash through a ceiling now and again, but you soar so high... and you crash and enter realms you never knew...I'd love to be able to tell you the formula to this power and loss of control, but as much as I do it, I have come to hate it, yet am drawn to it again and again. all I can tell you is in your dreams, look up and jump, if you fall, get up and jump again and again until you do fly....then don't let them pull you down |

but when in control, do you lose that? |
