Guy's I'm new here, I need some tips about lucid dreaming. (Also Sleep Paralysis)

Many have said that sleep paralysis is the easiest way to get a lucid dream from it. I've had such paralysis like that before but that was when I was a little kid and didn't know what was going on (I'm 16 now). Anyways, are there any easiest way to induce sleep paralysis so I can enter lucidity from there?

First of all, you have to know that there isn't a best technique, or a best method. Some methods seem indeed more effective than others, but in the end, it's all about the person. Some people are keen at performing WILD, the variant in which you trick your body to fall asleep while your mind is awake, and it's in this case that you reach sleep paralysis being conscious.

Note though that performing an WILD isn't as easy as it might seem. You have to reach a balance between sleep/awake while having your body completed relaxed. I'm not saying at all don't perform WILD, I'm just giving you a heads up of what to expect. But in some way or another, all techniques require strong will, so if you think WILD is the best method for you, then I say go for it

Check this guide written by mancon. It explains you in summary all techniques avaiable, and what's best for you. Inside it, you can find links to WILD and, why not, to other methods of inducing lucid dreams. Good luck!

You go through sleep paralysis every night... you just are not aware of it. I would tell anyone who wants to learn how to induce a lucid dream to understand the stages of sleep and brainwave (alpha, theta, delta ) transitions. Good luck to you!

I have actually gotten those so called 'Vibrations" one time as well, but this was also a one time thing. I didn't know about lucid dreaming when I got those that time so I freaked out.
