Sometime people randomly cramp during sleep, I think it's just more of an electrolyte imbalance. The itching is the body's check to see if you are asleep, it shouldn't cause pain. Drink a gatorade beforehand and see if that helps. |

Hello everyone. This is a lucid beginner searching out for some possible answers. Note that I've had numerous lucid dreams and a few deild's. Just the other day, I was practicing meditating/slipping into SP. I already know that our bodies like to be funny with us by; sending a bunch of itch signals. They also like to make our muscles have sudden twitches from time to time. This is basically, in my opinion; the mind checking the body to see if it's asleep. But my particular, "body", is especially mean to me by sending on purpose, these stomach cramps. |

The only thing i could suggest is trying to take your mind off it, think about something else as hard as you can! |

Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
Sig's are for losers
Thanks for the help. So you are saying that, I should drink Gatorade before going to sleep? But... won't that just keep me awake longer... like when all of that sugar will be surging through my body? Perhaps I'm just too aware of trying to be still. When I get that uncomfortable feeling, my body is basically saying, "Move the F*** over, NOW!" |
