      Hey guys

      Thanks for all yalls support and well wishes for my friend in the hospital. I think she is FINALLY starting to recover, fever finally broke, but we still go a long way to go.

      Now to the question....
      I know I have had one SP experience since I joined the forums, but last nights was quite different. Right before I realized I was in SP parts of my body got really hot (e.g. hands, calves, and neck). After the heat wave passed (felt like an eternity) I couldn't feel said parts of my body. I also couldn't feel myself breathe.

      Now I know what paralysis means, and I can put two and two together to understand SP. But has anyone else had a similar experience when getting there.

      Finally, once I attain full SP (like my whole body), whats the next step, visualization? RC? or just wait for something?

      From what I've read (I've never experienced it), you're supposed to have HI, are you seeing that? It should eventually form into a dream, but you can also try to "build" a dream.

      When you are in full SP, forget about any implications and just roll out of your bed. Open your eyes. You will then be seeing your bedroom. Do a Reality Check and congratz!

      When you are in SP all you have to do is to move. Your body image will then move, but not your real body. That is what happens in a dream.
