      Help with WILDing

Ok, so I can get into sleep paralysis, but then I can't go any farther...any tips?
Note: My arms are fully numb, my legs and torso are only slightly
I almost got a WILD on attempt 3!

At this stage your body should be or have already fallen asleep - if this is the case then you are well on your way to WILD - you need to try visualise your dream or encorage HI/HS. this is different for different people.

For me, I usually have one or both arms on my body, and when they go numb I know I am on my way and allow the visualisations in my mind begind to form and grow and the dream builds and from here become lucid.

Its hard to explain, but you really need to then work on the transition to a dream.
