OK, I've been trying to get a LD for 1-2 weeks now. I use the MILD method. Every time I get a dream sign (I get a dream sign in almost every dream) and do a nose reallity check in my dream it fails, I mean when i put my hands on my nose I can't breath. What's the problem? Can anyone help?

Hi, I get that too but what I did to overcome it was to do it 4 times until I could breath. It may also be caused by U not believing that U can actually breath through Ur nose when U do the RC IRL. The digtal watch RC is the best RC I used so far hasn't failed ;). I suggest doing different types of RCs together in case one fails U still have the others.Quote:

That happens all the time. It's my belief that when you first do it, you mind will momentarily stop your breathing to keep the realism there. If you try really hard to breath through your nose, I bet you could get it to work the first time.
