Thread: am i on the right track ?

the last week i tried to train my dream attention. I can visualize my hand(s) nearly as long as possible. Thats not really true. It's more like a feeling of my hand instead of a real image. The shape and form is stable, but focussing on details and color will drain my attention too much.

Instead of keeping me busy with details i turn my vision, zoom it and getting a really good 3D feeling of the visual space i'm in. It's like feeling the grid of my dream space.

Does it sound familiar or is it just weird ?

Hi, I think what U meant is visualising the impression of the space Ur in. U could try the hand thing first...feeling it is the first step then U can slowly introduce just a generic glimpse of what Ur hand looks like. After Ur accustomed to do that U can go on to add more and more details from Ur hand right to the walls of the room Ur in and gradually it should be easier to visualize things u saw. To visualize things U din't see at all is quite tough...for me it is because there is no physical reference to base it on but that dosen't mean it can't be achieved.

IMJ
