You know, a hitn I'd use is "think about things half-heartedly, even about WILDing itself".. A WILD is suposed to be similar to meditating but not similar in the aspect of not having thoughts in your head. Some people just struggle to concentrate all they can - it's just like trying to listen to something by making a lot of noise.

When I prepare myself well anddo that, I never EVER feel the need to move. Should I ever do, I'll know it'll be my body testing to see if I'm awake or not. But I also believe that only happens when you are too awake.
