Well, Ive been trying the following things, I've combined many different theory's on LDing into one
- I say to myself, tonight I'm going to fly (ext)
- I picture someone telling me that i am dreaming when I'm flying (note this is all before I'm actually dreaming I'm just visualizing this)
The only thing this is really good at is having normal dreams
When i tried telling myself '' Tonight i will fly''
Il have a dream about something completely different
So in a way i can control ''When '' i want to have a dream, i just cant choose what kind of dream and if i want to LD
I cant do the go to sleep wake up go back to sleep thing because my parents go to work early, So if anyone could help me achieve lding At a normal bedtime it would be greatly appreciated .
