This was a really weird experience for me.. I had just finished reading Clairity's guide to WILDing and I decided to test it out. This was last night. I decided not to do WBTB (wake bake to bed) and just gave it a shot.
I found myself lying there for quite some time while experiencing numbness but I always got this annoying feeling in my throat, like the mucus in my nose is plugging it.
I finally just gave up and moved positions, and fell asleep. I had a false awakening, but I actually woke up soon after.
It was around 7-8 AM, and I was happy that it had happened so I could test out WBTB.
I lay down for about two minutes... and I was in a position that gave me poor circulation, it was probably my neck that was in an awkward position. My body was numb.. and here is the weird part.
Instead of waiting for the shift, vibrations, or whatever you'd like to call them, I for no reasaon at all tried the muscles at the back jaw (I think) that help you yawn. You know, your ears plug, etc.
I immediately felt the vibration, and as soon as it got to the strongest point, I stood up.
Well, there I was in a half-assed lucid dream. My left eye wouldn't open (what?) and I was standing in my room. An instant later I was somewhere else, and then again. It ended soon after that.
It was lucid at first, but went on that I forgot that I was.
The reason this was not the greatest LD was because my body wasn't asleep completely, and I induced the vibrations, possibly.
The dream lasted about 15 minutes (seemed a lot shorter than that).
Come to think of it.. the whole thing could have been a dream. I really doubt it though because I remember changing my body position, then of course, there was the vibration feeling.
Thanks for reading
PS: I wish my induced LD's were vivid, only the natural ones are.
