Does anyone have a good WILD technique for before bed, i.e for night when you first get into bed?

I have been using the original WILD method to do this. Although I haven't gotton a LD from it, i have experienced many of the sensations.

The WILD techniques do work, but I'm wondering if there exists a better technique for WILDING before bed, as opposed to the middle of the night

My understanding of sleep tells me that WILDing right away is difficult because your body's not going straight into a period of REM sleep. I've heard reports that it's possible but the dreams aren't as vivid as if you do the WILD technique after a WBTB.

I can't see why there would be a better technique for specifically WILDing as soon as you go to bed, it's just harder because you're not going into REM. Otherwise, it's the same, so unless someone could come up with a technique to send you directly into REM sleep (probably as impossible as it would be cool), all of the usual WILD techniques are probably the best you can do.

I've never managed to WILD though, so who knows =)
