      Afternoon naps

      So reading through the tutorials,

      what is a good method to try to LD for afternoon naps?

      I would suggest taking a nap after you have been up for several hours. Have your nap last 1 hours and then get up and repeat since when you take naps you go into REM much faster (Or at least it seems that way). In the end the amount your nap lasts is up to you but if you repeatedly do this it increases your chances of getting a LD.
