i remain unmoved because if you remember rightly Malac posted a little paragraph too, that many people found useful.
I dont doub this guy had an idea, persay.
I do doubt that he had a fully devloped and succesful tecnique.
And I dont even consider the possiblity that it has a success rate of 98%, however. time will tell

And you all are welcome to read this brief tutorial. I am going to try my best to get rid of all the questions which you will be trying to create subconsciously in your mind, after reading this tutorial.
So let start with my little quick history, I came to know about lucid dreaming when I had one, from there on I start my quest by going through many books and forums and almost every site that has phrase “lucid dream….” thanks to google there and many other internet search engines until I got this method.

So it’s very simple technique. Let me guide you through the process. First of all you need a little noisy place yeah that’s right if you are living with your family or any nephews, traffic sound something which is louder not too much but it should catch your intention little bit, with that in mind I want you to get a bed or any place where you can lie straight or on your right side or whatever the way you find your self sleeping before or whatever suit you best. After doing all that here is the trick,
Explanation of the trick
Have you ever given a thought to what happens when you hear a sound? It’s not your fault and either I am saying that because we cannot comprehend everything. But for now just think what happens when some one or something creates a noise. Well your brain immediately tries to think about it, for example if something falls on the floor in my kitchen I will think it’s my brother doing something in that kitchen. Same is true with your vision, try to not to read this sentence by only looking at it from the beginning till the end.
“Hello! what is your name? “
If you did it right then you have noticed that even though you don’t want to read it but something had done it for you. That is your vocalization, which you are developing since you first started to read. I have used this site http://spreeder.com to actual get rid of this vocalization which I do while reading. Time is needed to get rid of this habit but in case of hearing it’s a matter of minutes.
So let me unveil the secret of countless lucid dreams all you have to do is when you hear the sound of any falling object or bus going outside your room, just listen to it and don’t think about it. For example when the hear someone talking in the room. Just listen to it and don’t try to make something out of it, it’s like looking at this word “THE” and not saying it through vocalization just look at it. If you are getting me right then Bang you are there my friend.
So in simple, this trick will help you stay focus on your hearing sense, and your hearing will only benefit you when you don’t try to understand what you are hearing, and different noises will keep your conscious mind busy, in this process you won’t be focusing on you vision because conscious mind cannot perceive more then one sense. It's not original, he didn't make it, it's in EWOLD, the famous LD book. It's nearly a copy and paste job. Also, it's not innovative- Stephen recommended not to use it.

Ive read EWOLD and its not in there and secondly the ear buzzing shit you posted is not what he was saying. I actually think people need to stop giving people with new ideas a hard time, Skepticism is healthy, but when something hard is produced, step back a little?
