You probably have to just wait longer some peole it takes 2 minutes to fall asleep, others a half hour, and some 1 hour+. You probably might have to wait longer in order for your WILD to be successful make sure you aren't moving around, you are in the position you usually fall asleep in, you are controlling your breathing, etc. If you are doing this as you are first going to bed you might want to try the WBTB method accompinied by WILD as it makes WILD'ing a lot easier. |
