This has probably been out there since lucid dreaming was possible but I had the idea of inducing a dream by just thinking about it anytime during the day, not while going to sleep but just relaxing/meditating in a comfortable spot anytime. You know just thinking about what you want to do or have done in a dream. I guess its like a MILD and a VILD without the induction part i guess.
