I have studied lucid dreaming for a week.. And I started to do alpha and beta programming.. just occasionally. I did it for 2-3 days. Alpha programming is done by closing your eyes and say: "I'm dreaming. Am I dreaming?," of course you don't say it loud (well.. at least I don't know if that has an effect. By doing this 2-3 times a day (or more), you will program your subconsciousness. Then you will automatically ask yourself this question in your dream. The main problem is remembering the dream. I woke up 2hours after falling asleep.. and I remembered the first dream.. wrote it down and fell asleep again.. the next morning I didn't remember it until I read the piece of paper...
