I was wondering if anyone has ever gone to a hypnotist in order to be hypnotized for ANY reason. I was just wondering if this is much more effective than self-hypnosis. If so, I would consider going to someone for help w/ Lding. For the moment though I'm about to start working on self-hypnosis and see how that goes.
i've never been to a hyptnotist but i have heard many inductions and experienced trance.
A lot of the commands have worked for me a great deal. I have a thread in the induction section posting inductions i made specifically for lucid dreaming. I have modelled the voice i use after a few of the most effective hyptnotists in the world. people have wrote in and said they achieved lucidity very well with my inductions.
