Hey everyone,
I had an interesting experience this morning which I'd like to relate.
I'm sure all of us have experienced that early morning dream chaining. By early morning I mean about an hour before we have to get up. This works best when you don't have to be anywhere, so that is a Sunday for me!
I went to bed at 12. I had to get up at 8 30.
So from about 7 onwards I was dream chaining. Having a little dream, waking up for a few seconds to check the clock, then falling back asleep.
At 8: 20 - I rolled back over. Suddenly I could hear music in my ears. SP came and went might quickly (about 3-5 seconds). I could see a veiled, moving image in the dark in front of my eyes. Unfortunately I lost consciouness at this point, and entered a Non-Lucid dream.
Has anyone else experienced something like this, and is it possibly a good method for newbies? Waking up at 5: 30 can result in people expecting it too much, this is a little more natural. Perhaps just for a first time (as the dreams won't be too long) until you get the hang of it.
Thanks
