Ok so...uhh I still dont know what I should do my RCs over. I did like turning that tree into snow in one of my LDs but I dont know if that is what I want to do. How shoudl I even preform a RC? Just close my eyes and think about it turning a tree into snow? Or yell it out loud?
I dont want to feel like an idiot if I have to say it outloud...
im not sure how so many people have viewed this question, but not answered because, unless i missed the point....but the answer is simple.
there are lots of reality checks and different times to do them. Iv never heard of any involving screaming out loud? My personal ones are seeing if i can breath with my noes blocked, or seeing if the time randomly changes on my digital watch if i check it 3 times in a row.
as for when to do RCs...either find your dream signs and RC everytime you see them or pick an object in reality that you are likely to see in your dreams...and RC everytime you see it..it could be a person or an object.

Check do a reality check when you see something out of the ordinary. Like you get your haircut and you look in the mirror and your hair is like it was before, and then do a RC.
A good reality check to use is to hold your nose closed and then try to breathe. If you can your probebly dreaming. Unless theres a hole in your nose.

Hi, sounds like Ur mixing dream control and reality checks into one. U could do that but I find it confuses the subconcious because most likely U'll already have a problem remembering doing one thing...RCs.Quote:
