Ever heard that old saying that eating cheese before going to sleep can give you nightmares. Well I decided to put this to the test (not really, I had no money for food so I had to live off microwaveable pizzas and burgers for 2 days straight). Anyway, the first night I hadn't eaten too much, I tried to sleep and couldn't, so a friend lent me a temazepam to help me sleep, anyway, feel asleep, woke up and got on with my day, and ate, alot.

At about 1:30am I went to bed, was lying listening to music and just feel asleep, and when I woke up I could remember not 1, not 2 but 3 dreams....my memory is pretty frayed now seeing as I didn't write them down but life's a bitch.

Anyway, first dream I can remember very little of, all I can remember is a friend getting very upset (not a real life friend, like someone I knew in the dream, but who I know nothing of in real life).

The second dreaam, I'm not even sure if it WAS the second one, I just get a feeling as if it was. I was sitting in my friends grand there's car, and his granda lights up a ciggarette even though he no long smokes.

The third dream. This was more of a continuation of the first, I was recieving text messages from my friend to go and meet her somewhere.

Does anyone notice a different in their dream patterns after they eat alot of cheese?
