      Hey guys,

Haven't been here alot because I started to get discouraged when nothing was happening. I've been doing reality checks for 1-2 months now, first month I did RCs every 15-30mins with an alarm clock. Now I do them when I remember, might be like 10-15 a day. But I usually remember to do them when weird shit happens.

Anyway, I have underestimated the power of waking and going back to bed. I've done it 3 times and every time i've had 1 lucid dream.

I just woke up from a 1 hour nap (maybe it's not a nap anymore ) and I become lucid 3 times. Or I became lucid, then the dream faded and I kinda tried to get a spinning feeling and I got vision in my dream again, then the same thing happened and I did it again and got back.

I'm having trouble maintaining lucidity, once I get it it's like I go around the room, and start talking to someone and I start losing it. How do I improve this?

It seems like WBTB is something I shuold do more often! I never have LDs in regular sleep time!

My RCs are look at my hands and look at text. Like for example when I first became lucid I looked at one of my hands because I had gloves on I only took one glove off, I looked at it and it was normal. Then I looked at a speed sign and it was shifting and I knew I was dreaming. I kinda new I was dreaming before I did the RCs, I had a feeling.

And when I returned when my dream faded I looked at my hands and had 9 fingers and it was shifting.

      Anyway, rant done, advice welcome!

Try to command the lucidity of the dream to increase by shouting it out and realizing the power you have over the dream state. Try to get as many tactile sensations in as you can to improve the lucidity as well. You could also try to manifest something to increase lucidity like "Lucid Pills" or a "Lucid Well", while this idea may seem farfetched many find it works well.

This works for me as well. On my last LD, the dream felt a little fake in the beginning, so I said "increase lucidity" once, to no effect. Then again, and nothing happened. On the third time, I really meant it, and shouted it out loud. As soon as I yelled it, I felt a very strong wind blowing on my side, and everything instantly felt more vivid.

Know that increasing vividness is within your powers, that its all a product of your mind, and really mean it when you shout it out loud. It also feels great to be able to shout something like that out loud... that is, if you don't have a tendency to talk while you sleep... cause that may just be weird to someone who hears it in real life while you're passed out cold. lol.
