Yes I have known about this program for quite some time, I keep meaning to try it out. Binaural beats can be used for many, many things. They've been proved to work for alot of their uses, but as a hallucinogenic i've heard results can vary. I could be wrong about that though. |

A Sphere In The Heart Of Silence.
I've tried the Peyote2-brainwaves and started feeling really funny with a strange kind of energy inside of me. It was like muscle tention was just ''shooting'' out of my arms and legs which were twitching and feeling strange. |

there's a thread on this already. But I do believe it works if you really focus on it. SKA you are supposed to listen to the LD one RIGHT before you go to bed, not while sleeping. Maybe it would work for WBTB? |

Mindfulness is the aware, balanced acceptance of the present experience.
It isn't more complicated that that.
It is opening to or recieving the present moment, pleasant or unpleasant, just as it is,
without either clinging to it or rejecting it.

Aslong as they're stereo, they'll work. |

That's true, but most head-phones of today can do the frequencies from I-Doser. Some do it better than others though. Mine suck i.e., because they make a "bzzz" sound when they into high frequencies. |

Yeah, over-the-ear headphones (as long as they're not cheapo ones, im talking the real deal here) are always gonna be of greater quality, because they have bigger speakers & allow a much more crisp & intimate sound. Some earbuds, like the ones with ipod, are pretty good in terms of sound quality. But to me earbuds are just no match to proper over-the-ear ones, I mean why do you think they still use them in recording studios & whatnot? |

A Sphere In The Heart Of Silence.
I use a head-set from Sennheiser. It's good for gaming, and it's over the ear, so it doesn't destroy my hearing ability, but when it comes to music, it's literally terrible |

Lol well its probably not a very good pair of headphones then, well for listening to music at least. I have two pairs of high quality sony headphones, one that is more orientated to DJ-ing, the other suitable for a studio environment. I use these mainly for recording my songs, & the sound quality is awesome, music sounds waaay better than it ever could through ear buds or speakers. |

A Sphere In The Heart Of Silence.

Another noob question: How are you guy's falling asleep with big huge headphones on your head? I find difficulty sleeping with even "earbuds" on! |

I've tried heaps of them, none of them worked. I even tried the hallucinating one, it did nothing. |
|
That's the reason I use earbuds, they are more comfortable while lying down. Whenever I use those big ear covering ones they always get pushed by my pillow and don't cover my ears properly. It's just too distracting. A good set of earbuds can work perfectly fine. I've done it before and it works for me. I'm not saying earbuds can match the quality of those studio headphones, but they're easily good enough for this type of thing. |

I have tried the Lucid Dream dose a couple of times, but it was only the first time my dream recall increased and my dreams were more vivid, but no lucid. The rest of the times I dreamt like I normally would. |

To everyone who has tried and failed with Binaural beats you have to remember to 1- Relax 2- Dont wait for or an effect just listen to the sound and let it wash over you. 3- Try lights out or dimmed 4- Binaural beats work on reverse immunity, your brain gets used to them and they become more powerful. I thought the same thing when I first tried them but now they work great. |
