with the fild- you are not supposed to get that far- me at least. i move fingers- BAM in a dream

I thought doing the fild gets u the vibrations and i always do em whenever i cant feel my body at all then i move my fingers but then some goon in my house starts bein loud like my sister or my parents. Im very sensitive to sound and stuff. I need to get the FILD technique down.
