Thanks for that post, three and four. I'v been at it for about a year and I feel kind of stalled, everything I try works once or twice--and I'm running out of things to try! I have not been successful at WILD, because once I'm up, I can't go back to sleep. Maybe your technique of getting up after 4 hours would work for me. Worth a try.

Also encouraging is the fact that you think LD is worth it, despite the trouble. I was hoping to eventually get more out of it too, but I have to get better at it first, and that is the hard part. I'm glad to see that your effort paid off.
