I've searched the forums but couldn't find an actual write-up on how to do it. Does anyone have a link to some instructions?

ok i remember reading the person forum who made it so ill tell you it from meomory sorry if there any holes in my reproduction of it.l

The person who made this technique was tyring to sleep or wild but there was a spider on the wall and he would close his eyse and ever 5 secounsd open them again to check on the spider(make sure it was keeping distance)

anyway all of a sudden this made him more sleepy or soemthing(ive tried it before to i went to sleep in like 5 minutes and became really sleepy).

So here is what you do you go to bed and you close your eyes and every 5 breeths or secounds you take you should open your eyes and briefly focus on semthing in your room then close yoru eyes again and wait 5 secounds and then focus on soemthing (dont just open your eyes unfocused you have to put your attention to soemthing like a wall or shelf).. preferably you will be sleeping on yoru back.

I hoped tht helped ill look out for the original version.

I never understood how this technique worked until now.

The reason it worked so well for him was because he was focusing his attention at something in the physical world - he was constantly worried about that spider. All while his body his body fell asleep, he stayed awake because of his fear of that spider getting to close to him kept him conscious.

      this might work!

i've been on DV for ages now and i haven't ever had an LD induced by a technique, just random ones...or, actually, maybe the odd self-suggestion, but that's it

i really hope this does it for me. its been almost two years now...
