I have used three scents that are related specifically to dreaming:
"Pillow Mist" that you spray on your pillow (not specifically for lucid dreams):

Mine was by Origins but if you do a search on froogle.com using the words "pillow mist" you can find alot of this type of product.
"Lucid Dreams Aromatherapy Inhaler" :

"Dream Enhancement Oil" (5 ml of blended clary sage oil). This is included when you buy the "Lucid Dreaming Kit" by Paul Devereux and Charla Devereux :

Did they cause me to have lucid dreams.. not on their own.. I still had to do WBTB/WILD (in other words I doubt that there is a "magic scent" that will miraculously make you lucid dream).
Which would I recommend the most.. definately the "Lucid Dreaming Kit" as it came not ony with the "oil" but also with a 128 page illustrated book, a "Portal of Dreams" visualization card and an audio tape of sleep induction techniques.
Hope this helps!
