So last night I woke up about 3 times after my dreams and one of them 5 hours after I went to bed I managed to lay still to do a deild.

So as usually, it began and I was getting the vibrations on and the numbness. I remained calm and after a while I found myseld looking at my ceiling through my eyelids, but I was still vibrating hard and I was in sleep paralysis so I couldnt move. Then I had a short non ld and was back at the vibrations and seeing my eyelids. I just remained in that state and was hoping to be able to move my dreambody soon but it never happened. I just keeped vibrating and see my ceiling for like.. too much time. So I got confused and thought "maybe Im having my physical eyes open" so i tried to open my open eyes and unfortunately it worked so I opened my physical eyes and snapped out of the trance.

So my question: Why did i never enter the dream? every time i tried to force it, I vibrated harder and then I got out of the trance a littlebit. Should I just try to sleep when Im in that state to enter a dream?
