Same thing here. I had one [a wild] three years ago and haven't had one since... but my life has also been very very hectic. I've only tried a few more times. Hopefully things will slow down a little bit so I can keep doing WILDs. My WILD was also my first attempt. |

DEC 06: 29 entries in journal, 7 of which were lucid. 0 WILDs.
Happens to me all the time whenever I start thinking about the transition from waking to sleep... I catch myself dozing of, I then feel a kinda "zooming out" feeling.. sorta like coming out of water, and then i'm awake. I think to prevent this while WILDing you need to wake up after 4-6 hrs of sleep. (I havn't successfully WILDed at any time though) |

You have just described exactly what happens. It feels like coming out of water, like you suddenly realize, "Holy shit, this is reality, i'm not sleeping." And it makes you reclear your mind all over again. My first time i did it i guess i just never thought about the transistion. I need to clear my mind better i think. I'm gonna try again tonight since its a Friday! *is excited* |
