The thing about anything related to dreaming is that it's different for everyone. Some people might not even be able to fall asleep with music playing, while others might fall asleep and then hear it in their dreams and trigger lucidity in that way. |

For me, ambient noise, TV's, alarm clocks, music, people yacking... it all can bleed into my dreams. I've never tried using external sound as an induction technique, but I'm sure it's not uncommon. |

I listen to either the Jazz or Classical station when I sleep and though it doesn't help my lucidity per say, it can make my dreams more... interesting. |

TILDs - 1 (Thirst Induced Lucid Dream, never going through that experience again...)
Total: 98 - So close to the big 100
Same for me Vegan. I prefer some kind of instrumental music. If there's vocal parts I concentrate too much on the meaning of the lyrics and it's harder to fall asleep. |

Music occasionally seeps into my dreams and affects them. |
