Ok. so I just woke up and I made a vivid dream log because I remembered it so well. stayed up about..12 minutes. kind still tired but not really. I decieded I wanted a lucid dream. Now mind you, I have only forced myself into a lucid dream one other time kind of using this technique, but this dream was so much more amazing.

I layed down and closed my eyes kind of trying to relax my body. I put my head down into the space inbetween two pillows and rested on my arm. all I could see was black, eyes open or closed. So. I wasn't really sleeping yet but I had a dream all of a sudden because I think I relaxed myself so well. this was after laying down for like 2 minutes. So with my eyes still closed I imagined myself travelling through darkness, like poking my head through it and coming out into the dream world but still in my room there. Kinda like its an ALT. Reality.

So. All of a sudden I remember hearing crashing and thinking "Wow, i'm never going to be able to lucid dream with that noise." but i remember now that there was no noise here or music or anything. but I know I wasn't in the dream yet. So. all of a sudden I was in my bed in a dark room when it had just been morning.

And there I was. a lucid dream.

Does doing any of those things signify any technique currently used?
