Every night before I go to sleep I repeat to myself, "I'm going to lucid dream." and "I know that I'm dreaming while I'm dreaming", and "I'll do a reality check," and more stuff like that. I do that like fifteen times and so far, I seem to be having more LD's than I usually have. I started last week and I had two that week, and I just had one last night. In my dream I was looking at a mirror, and I didn't look weird or anything, but I thought to myself, am I dreaming? And then I started feeling a little strange almost, hard to explain, so I did a reality check, and sure enough I was dreaming. I started to get really excited, which is a first in my LD's, because in this dream I was quite lucid, but I calmed myself down. So I tried to make stuff appear, which isn't working for me for some reason, but my flying is getting better. So I ran outside to the nearest good looking place to fly, which happened to be a busy intersection, lol (I did another reality check just to make sure I was dreaming), and I few pretty high (I fly straight up and then come back down in my dreams than actually fly horizontally) several times. I kept bumping into cars though and people were getting mad, but I didn't care. And then I woke up. And it must've been in my first REM cycle or something because it was three hours after I had fallen asleep. So three clear, longer than five minute LD's, in 10 days . . . I'm happy
