Before making your attempt, you could meditate... or try tensing your entire body from the feet gradually up to your head and hold it for ten seconds before loosing your head, and gradually down to your feet. There's also one where you breath in and try to "fill" your entire body with the breath. I'd give you a link to this one thread I found that had some good ones, but I can't find it. So just try using the search tool or googling relaxation methods. |
