all right i know u all have had like a billion questions on wild but here is mine anyway. I can get to HI within like 3-5 min but only once have i gotten farther than that. I think that im not relaxed enough. Any tips on how to get further and more relaxed?

Before making your attempt, you could meditate... or try tensing your entire body from the feet gradually up to your head and hold it for ten seconds before loosing your head, and gradually down to your feet. There's also one where you breath in and try to "fill" your entire body with the breath. I'd give you a link to this one thread I found that had some good ones, but I can't find it. So just try using the search tool or googling relaxation methods.

aight thx ill try it. i dont expect it to be easy wild is probly the hardest technique to do. but i already got HI down so lets see what else i can do.
