My Ultimate Way To Get Lucid Every Single Night! *works*

It's so simple, yet so hard - alot of people on this forums have been debating what method is the best to get lucid, or atleast get lucid dreams.

Basically what i am doing is using a plasma ball i bought not so long ago, and listening to lucid mp3's.

The plasma ball get's you into TRANCE NO MATTER WHAT!, even if you think you aint in trance, you are - basically because the ball is so amazing you just cant look away! (works only in the night) - ofcourse you can remember to not allow yourself to get into trance because you would like to proove my method sucks, but is it worth to not lucid dream because of something like this? hell no.

Anyway i really want to share this advice with all of you LD'ers because it ALWAYS works by me, no matter what kind of shitty day i had - or how little i slept. It's just that the plasma ball is unusual, and the beauty leads you into trance...

So what are you waiting for?? you can get such ball for 20$ already! - i think that LD's are worth paying 20$...

Please share with us more information regarding your technique, so far this is what I've picked up:

1) You get some lucid mp3's (I'm guessing maybe lucidremix or something, or are they subliminal?)
2) You stare off into a plasma ball and enter the trance state in which your subconscious mind is most susceptible and you basically implant all the suggestions and what not from the mp3's...

And then what? Just go to sleep? Is this done several times during the day or just before going to sleep at night? Thanks...

If not, where's the best place to get a plasma ball not on the internet (like store wise).

Isn't the plasma ball going to run our of batteries if you fall alseep with it? Or isn't it breaking from falling off the bed?

No and no, the plasma ball doesn&#39;t use batteries - its powered by an AC adaptor, and i don&#39;t hold it ON my bed, i hold it in front/on the side - depends of the situation; of my bed

I really like the idea&#33; I have my plasma ball, and use it dayly to burn thin paper ( :evil: yay&#33; :D ). One question... what happens if too much ozon gathers up in your room :o . Isn&#39;t that dangeorus? An open window probably solves it, yes?

Try looking in stores where they sell different "electrical gizmos" and stuff, like lamps, flashlights, ... maby check in some supermarkets etc.
I&#39;m sure you&#39;ll find it in one of those places.

True, you ARE more suceptible to autosuggestion when you are in a deep trance state.
I Imagine my Stroboscope light, working in exactly the same manner would be a good way to induce trance by flashing the light uppon my closed eyelids. It always gets my HI going WILD any time of the day I do it. It was especially insane yesterday night when I was On Shrooms. Really heavy experience.

I might try to meditate and Induce Trance using the Hypnagogic Imagery-Stimulating Stroboscopelight to bring me into deep trance. Then I will repeat to myself autsuggestions in my head saying:&#39;&#39; Remember to always do RCs&#33;&#39;&#39; and &#39;&#39;Recognise that you are Dreaming while you&#39;re in the DreamState&#39;&#39;

Maybe the verbal autosuggestion could be stronger if eventually you change them into: &#39;&#39;I Shall Remember to always do RCs&#39;&#39; and &#39;&#39;I Shall recognise the DreamState the very next time I find myself in it&#39;&#39; and &#39;&#39;I Shall become Lucid.

First I&#39;ll try to reach deep trance, then I&#39;ll try the Lucid Dreaming autosuggestions.

Anyway this is the first I&#39;ve heard of Lucid remix&#39;s does that really work? And upon reaching Lucidity does it somehow affect the Lucid environment? I mean can you still hear what&#39;s playing throughout the dream?

No, just leave it to play once, because looking at the ball makes u fall asleep after around 20 mins, and the LucidRemix file plays like 30 mins or something

Does a plasma ball create ozone? I know people who actually use it like a lamp, leaving it on 24/7.

Oh it sure does create ozone. Try smelling your hand after touching it.

I think that I will have to try this tonight. I have two plasma type lamps. One is shaped like a lava lamp and has multiple colors, and one is just a regular ball.

Do you think that it matters which one I use?

Also, I think that chocolate is great because just last night I had a very thick chocolate fudge brownie shake right before going to bed. I didn&#39;t even think about lucid dreaming either (because I haven&#39;t had one my entire summer vacation :blue: ) and I wake up in the middle of the night and I&#39;m like " Awesome I just had an LD."

I couldn&#39;t fall asleep after 30 minutes, so I tryed again. I just couldn&#39;t fall asleep with it on and with the lucid remix on, so I turned them off (though I had the guy in my head all the time beore I fell asleep). I aslo don&#39;t remember any lucid dreams (or normal dreams so I can&#39;t say it doesn&#39;t work).
So my question is, which plasma ball is normal (is the one on the picture yours?) becaouse my plasma ball creates thin plasma streaks, it looks similar but a bit different than the one on the picture. I also couldn&#39;t concentrate on the ball, random thoughts keept bothering me.
So is it possible it didn&#39;t work becaouse I didn&#39;t fall asleep while watching/listening, is it the plasma ball, my random thoughts, or is could it be something else? :blue:

i had my plasma ball on last night but i forgot whether you went to sleep with it on or not so i turned mine off i&#39;ll try again tonight im just worried somone will walk past my room and see a strange glow followed by a mysterious lamp :P

lol u have to sleep with it, u should fall asleep while the ball is on and while the Lucid induction mp3 is running, that&#39;s the whole point

Hypnotic trance is a good way to go. Plasma ball is cool. These are good ideas. Keep it coming.

Then you must be really tired :D, my lamp creates a lot of light, so it&#39;s hard to sleep with it on. I&#39;ll try tonight. Usually I don&#39;t have a problem with falling asleep with music, but this combination is really hard. I&#39;ll try again tonight, eat chocolate, drink milk and do this PILD technique :) .

Forgive me, but I&#39;m unfamiliar with trances. I would be a bit nervous to do this, because I&#39;d think that if you can suggest something, then what&#39;s to stop it from affecting you after you wake up and get on with your life? For example, if someone came in while you were using and started messing with you?

Are these fears totally irrational or what? If someone could explain, that&#39;d be great.

You&#39;re still technically conscious while in a trance, so you can break the trance yourself and punch whoever the hell is messing with you...

A plasma ball, candle, or rotating spiral fixates visual attention. One becomes fascinated by the image, which allows the audio message to bypass the conscious mind and penetrate into the subconscious. This is a good idea, definitely worth trying. I&#39;m creating a special MP3 file for use with the plasma ball and will post it in a few day&#39;s time.

Totally agreed. While I like the idea of a plasma ball it could be dangerous (Falling off a bed), it would quite a bit of power if you left it on all night and the vizualizations are beautiful too. :)

You don&#39;t have to have it on your bed.

Using the visualizer on the music player also sounds like a good idea. Anything that provides interesting images to fascinate the conscious mind while the audio suggestions penetrate the subconscious.

Uhh... How bout' you just go to sleep and forget about LDs.

That actually is a method. Some say that after you really focus on LD'ing for a while that when you decide to let your mind rest for a night a LD follows.

Has anyone tried this yet? I can tonight seeing how I have a plasma ball. I dont have any mp3s though...

Go into the lucid aids section of the forum under attaining lucidity and you will find some threads with mp3 files.
