well I guess you'd have to focus on 1 single technique that appeals to you most. Do you have a good memory? ( like when you effortlessly remember to call certain people, or not to forget to go to the supermarket to get Milk ) you might want to try MILD, which employs your MEMORY to do a realitycheck and to remember your dreams. Try WBTB+WILD and see if that's easier for you perhaps. Maybe FILD works...Just figure out what technique is most likely to work and don't expect immediate results either.
