I've been trying for a while now, and I just can't seem to do it! My biggest problem is dream recall, I can not remember a single one of my dreams, or even the smallest part of them. I've tryed drinking lots of water... I've tryed setting my clock to at or just after an REM period. The past week I've been pelting myself with the subliminal messege program, and I made my own part for it to tell me to remember my dreams. I've tryed the self-hypnosis method 3 nights in a row with no luck. I try listening to that LucidRemix mp3 that was posted, every night! I think I had a lucid dream once recently, I woke up heart racing and breathing heavily... but I didn't remember a thing! I've been reading about it for weeks now. Is there any help out there?

well I guess you'd have to focus on 1 single technique that appeals to you most. Do you have a good memory? ( like when you effortlessly remember to call certain people, or not to forget to go to the supermarket to get Milk ) you might want to try MILD, which employs your MEMORY to do a realitycheck and to remember your dreams. Try WBTB+WILD and see if that's easier for you perhaps. Maybe FILD works...Just figure out what technique is most likely to work and don't expect immediate results either. Keep trying and devote yourself to that technique a full 100%

Strange thing with me: I sometimes just Spontaniously become Lucic. I guess having had it in my Mind for a long period of time did that.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to give vitamin B6 a try, as it is supposed to make dreams more vivid and could help you recall.

Adopted Megabenman although he disappeared a while ago.

I used b6 this morning at 6:30, and had 2 very vivid dreams.

The 2nd one was a add on to the first. But I wasn't expecting it so I didn't tell myself to realize I was dreaming.

But either way b6 does work. Just take it 3 hours before you'd usually wake up.

I'd go with the adoption program, but I havnt been here long enough. I've been trying for a couple weeks, but only been here a few days. Some good suggestions though. I wasnt too good at any of the methods though, esspecially WILD. WILD is apparently the holy grail of it as I read, but for me WILD is near impossible. Once I wake up, its near impossible for me to go back to sleep. It takes me near an hour to fall asleep normally anyway. I have many reasons to want to Lucid Dream, many things that I could help my life with. I want to turn this into a hobby, but I can't until I've overcome certain problems that I strongly believe this can help me with.
