I try visualization method, it works really well.
Just lay in a comfortable position, dont worry about your body.
Start visualizing stuff. Anything. I do places/objects. Do it for about a minute, then you will notice that your mind makes objects without your effort. (all you have to do is start the process. )
Here remain calm and just watch. If you maintain neutral attitude, your attention will become focused on the pictures.

After this you'll notice that images stay. and you can exercise limited thoughts without disrupting the effect.

after this you can experience:

1) experience a lucid daydream. (very limited control, but you are in a lucid inviroment!)

2) normal daydream, but you are alert for WILD sensations. So as soon as you enter a real dream, you are ready.

3) break concentration and fall asleep.
