I've always used 200mg of B-6 when focusing on dreaming and lucids etc. But recently I've been setting my computer alarms to play some THETA tones I created (4AM) and my dream re-call has been just as good as when I used B6. |

I'm interested in why you chose to use theta. I know theta waves are linked to learning and memory, which I suppose might help you to remember your dreams, but I would have though beta was the more obvious choice, to bring yourself to more consciousness during the dream. |

Typically on most mind machines and or entrainment software Theta is used for lucid dreaming. Its the step above deep sleep (delta). You can use Theta also for meditation; but Theta should keep you on the edge of sleep. So far I've had excellent results, I have entered a Lucid from Theta recently. |

When you create theta tones, how do you modulate them? Or do you have special speakers for the low frequency? |

Can you post a link to an audio sample? It seems by your signature that you are in a research group, is that correct? Have you published any documents avaiable to the public? Do the sounds in any way affect your mood? |

Got one question tho, when should i start playing it? or can you just start playing it just when you go to sleep and from there just loop it all the night? |

Should this be used with or without headphones? |
