I haven't mastered any of the other techniques though, so I cant tell you if its more reliable that MILD or WBTB...
I'd like to master WILD. I've tried it a few times and have come close but each time I either fall asleep or eventually just give up after a long time (sometimes like 2 hours which is very frustrating.)
One thing that I thought might work for me is, after I wake up after 5-6 hours to immediately try to WILD. This is because if I actually get up and walk around I have a real hard time going back to sleep. Have you ever tried this method?
