LWL Technique (Learning While Lucid) THEORETICAL
Well, I just thought of a technique that may very well prove to be an effective one.
[b]LWL (Learning While Lucid)
Disclamer: What follows is totally theoretical and is based on my (unintentional) research and past experiences (if any).
Now for a bit of explaining. Basically the scenario is this: You are trying to become lucid to no avail. Then suddenly -BAM- you have those random Lucids that seem to make your day. This is where LWL kicks in. You calm down and you either Meditate you are subconscious. So the meaning of "I" is that much more meaningful.
For example: "When I* count from one to five, I* will increase relaxation by ten."
*"I" refers to your subconscious, and not your conscious.
I will post possible techniques that would work with LWL.

Just do this one up to the reality check, and say phrases like " *subconscious' name here* will have more of these."

Doing a techinique within a technique might seem advanced, but it might be easier if you did this first: http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=32885
