Thread: Need Help...

Ok... I have yet to have my first Lucid Dream & Im planning to give it a shot soon... but I need help... my friend Highself took me through what to do... but I kinda forgot allot of it... so please... if you could take me through what to do... it would be very helpful...

That's gonna be pretty hard to do. You didn't even tell us what method you were intending to use. I would suggest you look throught the Tutorials section -- there are detailed explanation in there of all the most common methods.

Actually, there isn't just one way to induce LDs - there are lots of techniques you could try. Just have a look at the tutorials and pick one that interests you. You may need to try several techniques and actually practice them before knowing if it's going to work for you. Everyone is different so you'll just need to find what works best for you. Good luck!
