Preparing for having a LD tonight!

      Hello,

My questions in blue and comments in normal color, please answer my questions.

This is how I am going to go through this tonight. I've already assigned my subconscious a name, which is Sara Wedford9. Now what I am going to do is this - think to my self, ""I will wake up after every dream period and I will remember my dream".

Do you keep repeating this as you fall asleep or just once (for MILD)?

I also have my alarm clock set to 5AM and I will be sleeping at ~10:30'ish PM, because I think it's a 10% chance I will actually wake up after my dream. Now when I wake up I will hopefully remember a dream and then sit and think to my self, " I will re-enter that dream, Sara WedFord9 and I will re-enter that dream ".

Do you keep repeating this as you fall asleep or just once?

If I don't recall a dream can I just think back to a dream I do remember and think about going back to that dream?

Then hopefully I will have a lucid dream. My hopes are high, I will be crushed if it doesn't work but just accept it.

You have to keep repeating it until you fall asleep, making sure not to let your mind wander!

Again, keep repeating til you fall asleep! Dont forget to imagine yourself in the dream, seeing dreamsigns and doing reality checks, then what you'll do when you get into the LD!
If you get the chance, when you wake up, do some WBTB stuff too, then do the MILD stuff to sleep again! Nearly every time I do this, the LDs are between 5 and 7 in the morning, sometimes 6-8 ish if I manage to fall asleep again after that! If you wake up the first time not managing, keep MILDing back to sleep each time you wake, til you can sleep no more!
It might not work the first time or so, but I bet you it will very quickly I love this method!!
