hey, i havent tried this yet, but i just thought of it. THis might be of good use for someone who hasent attained lucidity before....here it is:

Tell youself that you have to do like 15 RC's in one day. try to get yourself to worry about whether or not you will get them finished. when you go to sleep do a few more, and try to convince yourself that you are in trouble if you dont do 3 more RC's tonight.
I figure that many of us have dreams where we are nervous about something going on during the day, or anxious about meeting a deadline.

Im gonna try this tonight; im just wondering if anyone has done this. I'll tell you if it ends up working...as i havent attained lucidity yet.
